The client expressed, "I want a simple house with a beach view where I can relax and occasionally work from home." Our concept focuses on offering a beautiful landscape to enjoy the breeze during sunsets or simply for sunbathing. The facade is intentionally minimalistic, with the design driven by room functionality and proportional budgeting.
